1. Acceptance of Terms

By enrolling in any program offered by Nixace Technologies, accessing our website at www.nixacetech.com, or making a payment toward any of our courses, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not proceed with enrollment.

These Terms & Conditions apply to all students, prospective students and visitors interacting with Nixace Technologies through any channel including our website, contact forms or in-person at our premises.

2. About Nixace Technologies

Nixace Technologies is a Cloud and Devops edtech company based in Mumbai, India.

Programs may be delivered in offline (classroom-based), online or hybrid formats depending on the batch. Our offline programs are conducted at 202, 2nd Floor, Mspace, Goregaon West, Mumbai, Maharashtra - 400104. Online delivery details are communicated to students at the time of enrollment.

3. Enrollment & Admission

Enrollment in any Nixace Technologies program is subject to the following conditions:

Admission is confirmed only upon receipt of full payment or a confirmed payment arrangement.

Nixace Technologies reserves the right to screen and select candidates to maintain the quality and integrity of its programs.

Enrollment does not guarantee job placement. Placement assistance is provided as a program feature, not a guarantee of employment.

Students must be 18 years of age or older to enroll independently. Students under 18 require written consent from a parent or guardian.

Nixace Technologies reserves the right to refuse admission or discontinue a student's enrollment for misconduct, non-payment, or violation of these Terms.

4. Program Fees & Payment

Payments may be made through the following methods: online via Paytm Payment Gateway on our website, direct bank transfer, UPI or in person at our Mumbai office via cash or cheque. Payments made through the website are processed securely through Paytm Payment Gateway, and by doing so, you agree to Paytm's Terms of Service and Privacy Policy in addition to these Terms. For all payment methods, enrollment is confirmed only upon receipt and verification of the payment by Nixace Technologies.

Full payment is required at the time of enrollment unless an alternative arrangement (EMI, ISA, or scholarship) has been expressly agreed upon in writing by Nixace Technologies.

• Fees are non-transferable between programs or students.

• Nixace Technologies reserves the right to revise program fees for future batches. Enrolled students will not be affected by fee revisions for the batch they are enrolled in.

5. Program Delivery

Nixace Technologies programs may be delivered in offline (classroom-based), online or hybrid formats. The delivery mode for each batch will be communicated to students at the time of enrollment. The following conditions apply regardless of delivery format:

Class schedules, batch timings and program structure are subject to change at the discretion of Nixace Technologies. Students will be notified of any significant changes in advance.

Nixace Technologies reserves the right to reschedule or substitute faculty members without prior notice, while maintaining program quality.

Students are expected to attend classes regularly, whether in-person or online. Nixace Technologies is not responsible for missed content due to student absence.

For online sessions, students are responsible for ensuring they have a stable internet connection and suitable device. Technical issues on the student's end do not entitle them to a refund or makeup session.

Access to recordings, materials or resources provided during the program is for personal use only and may not be shared, redistributed or reproduced without written permission.

6. Student Conduct

Students are expected to conduct themselves professionally and respectfully at all times within the Nixace Technologies premises and during any program-related activity. The following behaviour may result in immediate termination of enrollment without refund:

Harassment, discrimination or abusive conduct toward staff, faculty or fellow students

Sharing, reproducing, or distributing proprietary course content without authorisation

Academic dishonesty including plagiarism or misrepresentation of project work

Any conduct that disrupts the learning environment or brings disrepute to Nixace Technologies

7. Intellectual Property

All course content, materials, curricula, presentations and resources provided by Nixace Technologies are the intellectual property of Nixace Technologies and are protected under applicable copyright and intellectual property laws.

Students are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use course materials solely for personal learning purposes during the duration of their enrolled program. No other use is permitted without prior written consent from Nixace Technologies.

8. Limitation of Liability

Nixace Technologies shall not be liable for:

Any indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from enrollment in or completion of any program.

Failure to secure employment following program completion.

Loss of data, materials or personal property on our premises.

Interruption of program delivery due to circumstances beyond our control, including natural disasters, government orders or force majeure events.

Our total liability to any student shall not exceed the total fee paid by that student for the relevant program.

9. Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Mumbai, Maharashtra.

We encourage students to first raise any concerns with us directly at connect@nixacetech.com before initiating any formal legal proceedings.

10. Changes to These Terms

Nixace Technologies reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting on our website. Continued enrollment or use of our services after any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
